Home Design Consultants Architecture and Planning Unit develops designs the master plans for such spaces for a variety of clients around the world. These facilities range from the intimate to the grand, the simple to the sublime - each designed in a manner and scale ideal to the client's needs and ultimately who the client serves. The Architectural Team of HDC is responsible for; Plaza Planning, Design / Construction Plans, Multi-Family Housing Design, Trail Planning Design Construction Plans, Fire Control Plans, Pre-Design, Schematic Design, Design Development Construction Documentation Bid Phase Assistance Construction Contract Administration.

The Architectural Team is also responsible for all  Interior Designing of Master Plans. Interior Standardization Program, Space Planning and Documentation, Budgeting of Furnishings, Inventory of Existing Furnishings, Schedules and Specifications of Finish Materials, Furnishings Layout Plans, Selection and Specification of Furnishings, Bid Furnishing Specifications, Receive Bids and Review, Artwork and Accessory Selection and Custom Furniture Design.
