Become one of HDC's elite sub-contractors

HDC has more then 1000 + contractors, but there comes a time when HDC contractors are to busy to do a job. That's when we hire sub-contractors to do the work for us. All contractors whether they are HDC's or sub-contractors, have to work under the contract that HDC has with  the client. HDC guarantees the quality of all work that is done, there for we also guarantee  the contractor that is doing the work. If you are a sub-contractor with experience in any of the fields listed below and would like to be consider for a position click the link below and submit your company information.

Qualification needed:

Sub-contractors must have at least 5 years experience in the field in which they are considering. And or own their on company for at least 2 years. HDC will consider contracts with less experience if they have client references and examples of their work available for inspection by the HDC's Department Managers. When sending email request for a sub-contractors position, to speed up the process send along any photos of your work and or references. An HDC Manager will contact you with in 3 business days of receipt of your request. 

Upon Approval:

Once you have been approved as a sub-contractor The Department Manager for your specialty will send all the necessary contracts for your signature. At that time you will be required to send a copy of your business license, liability insurance coverage and photo ID.

If your company has a website HDC will post it on the HDC website, or we will give you a link page from our website with your companies information and location and any photo samples you have supplied to us. 

Project Subscription:

Non HDC contracts can stay up to date on project that are available by subscribing to HDC's project bidding, where non sub-contractors are sent a list of available projects that they can send in bid proposals. This list is not available to non-subscribers or student.
