While browsing through the design if there is a floor plan you like, HDC now offers the blue prints for clients to purchase. HDC will customize any floor plan to meet the clients need. If you chose a floor plan and would like HDC to build it the cost of the blue prints will be deducted from the quoted priced of the project, or you can purchase just the blue prints and have your home build by a contractor of your choice.
